The Council’s Asset Delivery Programme, is making headway
The Council’s Asset Delivery Programme, which will regenerate Council owned sites in the district is making headway, with a report now available to view.
Rochford District Council is seeking to revitalise six of its strategic sites, creating new community and civic buildings in Rochford and Rayleigh.
The Leader of Rochford District Council, Cllr Simon Wootton said: “I am extremely passionate about this programme, and I am excited to be progressing towards working with gbpartnerships on a project which will reduce future costs and pave the way for the regeneration of the Rochford district in the years ahead.”
