Southend Borough Council is developing its list of local suppliers, which the Council can then use to request quotes up to the value of £25,000.

 

If you fall within one of the relevant categories (below), and would like to be added to the list, please email procurementops@southend.gov.uk with your company details, a contact name and stating the category that you wish to register for.

1. Advertising Marketing, covering Social Media, Advertising activity, Photography Services, Audio Visual Services, Sign Writing.
   (Excludes Corporate Printing which is covered under Facilities Management (FM))

2. FM Repairs & Maintenance, covering Office Equipment, Catering, Security, Cleaning, Pest Services, Lock Smiths, Tools & Equipment

3. Leisure and Culture, Musicians, covering Artists, Sports Activities, Events, Cultural Activities, Guest Houses and Hotels

4. Professional Architects, covering Legal, Consultants, ICT Services, Licensing, Training

 

Please Note: Registration is no guarantee of Business, but will allow Council Officers to pick from the list of local suppliers to request quotes.
